1. Who we are

2. Black Friday 2026 offer terms
- New or returning clients only. Current members are not eligible.
- One promotional package per eligible person.
- Enrollment closes November 30, 2026, at 11:59 PM Eastern Time.
- Your 14-day trial begins with your first scheduled training session.
- Complete all five sessions within that period and no later than December 31, 2026, whichever comes first.
- No pauses, transfers, or extensions.
- Unused sessions expire.
3. Payment
Payment and signup are handled by PushPress.
4. Health disclaimer
Health notice: consult your physician before starting any exercise or nutrition program. Individual results vary. Tell your coach about any injuries or health conditions before training. Stop exercising and seek medical help if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath.
5. Results disclaimer
Individual results vary and depend on factors such as attendance, effort, nutrition and health history. No specific result is promised.

We may update these terms. The "Last Updated" date above shows when they last changed.
